With Orange Call you get your personal 2nd number which you can use to place normal phone calls. The application serves as a dialer for both making outgoing calls through your Orange mobile phone number or using an alternative number.
Orange Call is not a voip application nevertheless it requires some very limited data access like GRPS or EDGE in order to launch a call and synchronize the routing with the call server. Orange Call places a normal mobile call to a fixed line number attached to cloud servers.
